-Where is the Datacenter located?
-Who is the ISP? under TM or Private ?

and i think its abit expensive.
from my opinion,
i think 10gb is abit lebeh. but i think thts is the minimum plan from the hosting plan.

So i recommend 2 hosting provider.
Hive host. i didnt try this host before. but the price is quite cheap. and i think this is the biggest host in malaysia.


Icore. This is my fav host provider. i got 3,4 server on it. i think u can try it.

Exabytes servers are co-located in TM Net Data Center located in CyberJaya,
They have good customer service and support through online from 2 year before i try until now.
It cost much because their service guarantee and provide stable server. It not 10gb problem then cost much

Hive Hosting really quite cheap and "famous" start from 2004 until now.
Why i say famous ?
because it got very worst service and unstable server.
Most of complain you may found online.
One week server will down 3 or 4 times. maybe more. (Through my past experience before.)
